We are looking for a talented Business Development Executive to contribute to the company's growth. You will undertake a variety of business development activities including planning and executing promotional campaigns, developing new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and results-driven professional able to grasp new business opportunities and translate company strategy into effective execution, able to work in a team as well as autonomously. The goal is to contribute to the company's growth and expand its client base. 

Roles & responsibilities: 

• Discover and investigate potential business and sales opportunities
• Present products, services, and ideas to potential clients and partners
• Coordinate with and assist the marketing department in promoting company products and services
• Negotiate contracts regarding commercial partnerships and agreements
• Liaise with clients and ensure the company is meeting their needs
• Research and explore new markets and opportunities
• Keep records of business transactions
• Produce and submit reports 

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or Partnerships Executive
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM)
• Familiarity with business software (e.g. CRM, Hubspot, salesforce)
• Understanding of customer needs and proactivity
• Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
• Business acumen
• Team management and Negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset
• BBA/BA in business/marketing or relevant field
