Job Description
You'll be responsible for ensuring an end to end service is given to our users. Your role will require you to use the internal CRM tools to assign work to the team and also call your clients to have general conversations, confirmations, etc.
Desired Candidate
Someone who has fluent english and a fair understanding of how customers are to be dealt with on phone/chats. Also someone who can get work done from juniors.
Criteria
Freshers/ 1-2 years of experience.
